nternational Warranty Terms – HANBORO
In accordance with the terms outlined in this warranty, Hanboro offers a 24-month international warranty on your timepiece, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all material and manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery of the watch.

To activate your warranty, the warranty certificate must be fully and correctly completed, dated, and stamped by an official Hanboro dealer (“valid warranty certificate”). With a valid certificate, any covered defects will be repaired free of charge during the warranty period.

The Warranty Covers:Manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and dial.

Faults in material or workmanship present at the time of delivery.

The Warranty Does Not Cover:Normal wear and tear or aging, including but not limited to:

Scratches on the crystal or case

Fading or damage to non-metal straps (rubber, leather, textile)

Peeling or discoloration of plating

Damage caused by misuse or accidents, such as:

Drops, impacts, dents, or crushing

Exposure to harmful chemicals or extreme conditions

Use not in accordance with Hanboro’s instructions

Any watch serviced, opened, or modified by unauthorized personnel or service centers.

Water damage if the watch’s water resistance level has been exceeded or tampered with.

Any indirect or consequential damage or claims beyond the scope of this warranty.
